Pet Stroller Sizes: Which is right for me?

When selecting a pet stroller, you'll often see a weight limit listed for each stroller, but you should not merely go by weight alone! Be sure to check the size of stroller (the compartment) and compare this to your pet to make sure your dog, cat, or other pet will be comfortable in the stroller.

Our return rate is very low for the pet strollers we sell, but we have seen a couple Walk 'n Roll strollers returned by customers who found it was a bit tight for their pets. This is not a criticism of the Walk 'N Roll--it's a fine stroller for the right pet--but you need to check out the measurements and not just the weight to make sure the Walk 'n Roll (or any other stroller) is the right model for you and your pet.

Below is a chart with some weight limits and measurements for different pet strollers. Also, note the picture below, which feature Te-Shi, a 15-pound Shiba Inu, in three different strollers. You can see how the Walk 'n Roll is not the best fit for this fifteen-pound dog, while the Happy Trails Pet Stroller and AT3 Pet Stroller provide a more comfortable ride for Te-Shi.
